TAN Kwee Kian (Nancy)

The founder and managing director of Ace:Daytons Direct, Nancy is a respected veteran of the conventions industry in Asia, with nearly 30 years of experience. She served on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (SACEOS) from 2008 to 2020, where she held the position of Vice-President for 2010/2013, Honorary Treasurer for 2014/2015, and Vice-President (Conference) from 2016 to 2018. Nancy is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a Certified Digital Events Strategist (DES). In addition to being a founding member of the World PCO Alliance and the current President (2021 – 2023) of the WPCOA, she is actively involved as an invited speaker at tertiary institutions, business summits and conferences within the Asian circuit, including the 2020 ICCA Meeting Management Virtual Sector Meeting and the Penang International Travel Exchange (PITE) 2021 and a regular trainer with SACEOS.
