Sheng

Since returning from studying abroad in 2010,Sheng has been engaged in the operation of the surf industry in Hainan, and has continuously participated in the operation of eleven top international and domestic surfing events held in Wanning, Hainan Province, including the (ISA) Paddleboard Surfing World Championships, the WSL World Long and Shortboard Professional Surfing Championships, the China University Paddleboard Challenge, the surfing events of the 2nd Youth Games, and the surfing events of the 14th National Games. Introduced the International Surfing Association (ISA), World Surf League (WSL) and Western Australia International Surf School’s branded IP events and international surf training system to China; assisted the State General Administration of Sports Water Sports Management Center to form the first national surfing team in 2017; started to promote surfing and bring surfing to schools in 50 primary and secondary schools in Wanning City, Hainan in 2020. In 2021,Sheng was awarded the honorary title of National Advanced Individual in Mass Sports from 2017 to 2020 by the State General Administration of Sports. 2021, Sheng was elected to the position of Standing Committee of Wanning CPPCC.
