Derek Zhao

Derek Zhao, Chief Executive Officer of shijiebang.com He graduated from Renmin University of China and Cardiff University of UK, was the recipient of the first Global Alumni Awards – Entrepreneurial Award from the British Government. Before co-founding Shijiebang.com, he was respectively Vice President of CDH Investments, General Manager of Global Human Resources Center of ZTE and General Manager of Zhong Ruan Hai Na Technology, with responsibilities including driving globalization strategies, organizational transformation and global M&A for Chinese multinationals. In the meantime, he also held senior executive positions in a number of internet, e-commerce, consumer and education industry enterprises.
