Kane Xu, a senior manager dedicated to the tourism industry for 25 years, has been joined Ctrip in 2003. After in charge of several business teams including visa, package tours and study tour, she has taken the post of the CEO of Ctrip Customization Platform. It is enough to be written into the annals of history, that she led the team to achieved a leap in revenue from 50 million to 3 billion yuan from 2015 to 2018. With great efforts, a personal travel consultant certification system has been launched innovatively, while establishing a platform-based supplier system and improving service standards. Since 2019, she has been appointed the Dean of Tourism College of Ctrip University, planning and promoting the industry endowment and innovation after Ctrip’s platform transformation, so as to contribute to the vigorous and healthy development of tourism industry.
