DR. JAKE FINIFROCK

Dr. Jake Finifrock is a life-long traveler and cross-cultural adventurer. From his early years in the Wrangell Mountains of rural Alaska to living 10 years in the subtropical mountains of Guizhou province in Southern China, he has lived, worked and adventured on four continents. As a life-long learner, he is deeply committed to building bridges between cultures to enhance global understanding and cooperation. Jake brings to the ATTA his love for travel and passion for education and cultural exchange, as well as a wealth of experience working with the high-end Chinese adventure travel market. As ATTA’s Regional Director for Asia, his desire is to bring the riches of Asia’s adventure travel resources into clear focus, and to build sustainable partnerships between Asia and the ATTA’s existing network of of over 1300 global partner companies and tourism boards. Jake lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife Monica and mini-adventurers Creed, Chloe, and Lincoln.
