Dongjie Guo

Mr. Dongjie Guo is currently the Chairman/CEO of HCG Travel Group, Senior Vice President of TRIP.COM Group, Chairman of Universal Vision Travel Group, Chairman of Ctour Holiday, Chairman of Tours4fun.Com, Director of WINGON Travel, and an independent director of Bohai Ferry. He leads the HCG Travel Group (formerly known as Huayuan International Travel), which is a leading outbound tourism operator in China, especially in the field of organizing tours for Chinese tourists outbound to Europe
and Japan. Mr. Guo joined CYTS in 1988 and worked there for 10 years, accumulating a wealth of experience in business management. Since 1998, Mr. Guo has held senior management positions and served as President of China Comfort Travel Group, overseeing all aspects of the group’s operations. In 2007, he moved to become the General Manager of the Marketing Department of Beijing Tourism Group. In 2008, Mr. Guo joined TRIP.COM Group, where he served as Vice President, Senior Vice President, and CEO, responsible for the management and development of the vacation business. In 2014, he participated in the restructuring of Huayuan International Travel Service (the predecessor of HCG Travel Group) and served as the Chairman and CEO of Huayuan International
Travel Service Group.
Mr. Dongjie Guo graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor of Literature and obtained a Master of EMBA from the same institution. He serves as a special researcher at the Tourism Research Centre of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and currently holds positions as the Vice President of the China Association of Travel Agencies and the Vice President of the Leisure Branch of the China Tourism Association. With extensive experience in the tourism industry, Mr. Guo has made remarkable contributions to the networked operation of travel agencies, branded operations, and the integration of online and offline development
