We offer different sponsoring and promotion opportunities to make your participation a success.
- WeChat Video Promotion: Submit your promotion video to us that we will publish on the official ITB China WeChat video account in the weeks leading up to the show.
- Booth Activities: Present cultural performances, offer local delicacies or organize a lucky draw to attract more visitors! Go to “Booth Management” in your ITB China account and submit your planned event. Your approved booth activity will be promoted in the official event calendar on the ITB China website and ITB China APP.
- Partner and Sponsor Packages: Choose your ITB China partner or sponsor package that best showcases your company’s brand for maximum impact.
- Exhibitor Press Conference: Contact press@itb-china.com to check the availability of your desired 60 minutes slot for your planned press event (including set-up time) before submitting the order form. Once confirmed, your press conference information will be sent to the participating media of ITB China 2025.
Customize your own ITB China banner
Enter your “Exhibitor ID” (e.g. 1000127 / 4000403) to get your individual ITB China banner. Your exhibitor ID can be found in your exhibition agreement, in your ITB China account login-email, and on the top right corner of your ITB China account.
The banner includes your booth number and a QR-Code. Scanning the QR-code will directly lead your visitors to registration page.
