Biography

She has more than 20 years of military experience, and has served as party secretary and chief economist of central enterprise group companies, and is now the deputy secretary general of China National Food Industry Association. She has a good educational background in medicine and nutrition, rich experience in analyzing and judging economic trends in the industry and managing the food industry; focuses on research and studies, and has mastered and accumulated a large amount of resources and information in the industry; has a unique understanding of the food safety and nutrition and health industry, plant food, food education and popularization of food, functional foods and medicinal foods, prepared dishes, flavors and senses and other fine-molecular industries; and is a pioneer in the development of the Luohe River in Henan Province. She has created the first “China Food City” in Luohe City, Henan Province, helping the government to gather industrial advantages and create local business cards, and has accumulated a large number of successful cases in promoting the integration of industry, academia and research, the integration of market investment and policy, and the exchange and cooperation of international organizations. She is also a member of the expert group of the Ministry of Commerce and other ministries and commissions.
