Yuki Hu

10-year working experience with IDeaS, Yuki is a principal researcher in the strategy team in the analysis to understand current and future trends shaping Hospitality and Travel Technology, supporting the identified opportunities to move to MVP and product development. Previously, Yuki was the Head of Advisory Service in China, focusing on supporting client revenue management and digital transformation capability development. She supported a wide variety of international and local hotels to achieve impressive results through performing revenue management audits, data analysis, improvement roadmap planning, SOP development, training, mentoring, and other tailor-made consulting projects based on customers’ needs.
