MS. Kate Chang

Kate Chang joined the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board in November 2013. Based in Beijing, she is responsible for LA Tourism’s interests in China, through its Beijing offices for helping to achieve its business objectives – to drive leisure and MICE visitation and revenue from China to Los Angeles.

In addition to developing and implementing strategic plans for the China market, running educations and workshops, conducting both industry and consumer marketing campaigns, Ms Chang is responsible for tracking, evaluating and reporting on the return on investment (ROI) of LA Tourism’s program activities in China, and for facilitating and coordinating trade missions from Los Angeles.
